It was just about a week ago we reported that Miami Heat superstar Dwyane Wade proposed to longtime girlfriend Gabrielle Union. Needless to say, it was a surprised to see headlines saying that Dwyane Wade has fathered a new baby boy. To our knowledge, his fiance Gabrielle Union wasn’t pregnant – and she wasn’t. According to reports, Wade fathered a child while on a break from Gabrielle Union.
The mother of Wade’s new baby boy has not been identified. Wade already has two sons with his ex-wife Siohvaughn Funches. All of the reports indicate that Wade is taking being the father of this child very seriously. Sources said that Gabrielle Union was well-aware of the pregnancy and child while dating Wade and during the proposal. Union was not happy to hear the news and distanced herself from Wade, but they have obviously since reconciled because they’re engaged.
We’re still not sure what to make of Wade and his new baby boy. This is the same guy who went through an ugly six-year divorce that ended up with his ex-wife claiming she’s homeless and received no support from Wade. Let’s just hope for the child’s sake Wade is a good father.
